Refund policy

We strive to achieve exceptional standards at The Crow Edit, and disclose as much as we can about the products we sell.  However, if something isn’t quite right, we want to hear about it so that we can make sure that it is much better next time you shop with us. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If the 14 days has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund, but dependent on the condition of the item, we may be able to offer an exchange. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items: :

 Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, due to hygiene reasons.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mary@maryannsharp.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Fant House, Goldsmiths Avenue, Crowborough TN61RH

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 working days, as long as the refund has been approved.Please note this is just an estimated time period as some banks can take longer to process. 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the conditions have not been met.
